Before we head to the hospital, and before things get too crazy, I'd like to tell you a bit about the day you were born, or at least when mom went into labor.
- It is unseasonably warm (if you ask me) for mid-Autumn, about 71 degrees at 10:45am. It is partly sunny, though, and the clouds kept giving way to sun, which throw a beautiful highlight onto the remaining leaves.
- It is just past the peak of the Fall colors, or maybe at the tail end of peak. Still gorgeous, let's at least say that. There are plenty of leaves still on the trees and falling with scenic flair. Those that remain are very beautiful, since they are fully turned. We are starting to see more and more trees with barren branches, but that just means the holidays are on the way!
- It is a Friday, and everything seems all right with the world strangely.
- We are beyond words excited and nervous and happy all at the same time.
We are just so excited to meet you!
